This is the worst of all. I ordered food and my order was confirmed. My train was late and they knew that so they texted me that they will diliver food on the time whenever the train will arrive at Renigunta station late or early but when my train stopped at the station I didn't get my order and when I called on this number [protected] for the first time they said that the dilivery boy is out and when I called second time another person picked up my call and said different thing he said that the dilivery boy is at pentary and when I called for the third time when my train left the station he said sorry ma'am there must be some confusion with the dilivery boy or trains timing that's the reason I didn't get the food and when I said I want to complain give me the hotel or restaurant Name they said they don't know what kind of business you are doing that you don't even know the name of restaurant and how can they be so irresponsible how will I eat my dinner we can't eat food of pentary due to some personal reasons that's why we trusted them and ordered food from them they don't know anything about schedule of train. My train is now standing at some station for almost 10 mins but when I asked them they said that the train will next stop at 12 at night and we can't do dinner at that time you guys are so irresponsible I m never ever going to trust you throughout my whole life and train journey this is just so disgusting.
