Railway Police force — misbehavior by rpf constable

Rpf constables on duty in vasco da gama railway station misbehave with the passengers frequently. Whenever they identify any person carrying alcohol without proper challan, they demand money from them and donot provide any receipt. Incase if the individual deny to pay the amount, they thrash him like cats and cows.
Today i. E. 28.01.2018, the incident happened right infront of me with a passenger travelling in s-8 compartment of amravati express train. A rpf constable bet a person very badly when he denied to pay the amount demanded by the rpf constable if the constable was not going to provide him the receipt.
This act seriously shook me till my feet. I request the concerned to take appropriate actions against it.
