Railway Protection Force — careless and lazy officers

Sir,
On 29th april 2019, i boarded a titwala local from vidyavihar around 5 am. As soon as i boarded the 2nd class compartment attached to the ladies' 1st class from cstian end, i found a bag. The train had come from an empty rake so there wasn't supposed to be any bag. I tried to call 182, the call was answered but nobody was on the line. This happened 4 times. I could see an rpf officer seated in front in the 1st class and informed him about it. He called a few times and left without doing anything.
When i got down at dombivli, i saw another officer at the help-desk. So i approached him and told the entire thing. Buy he was busy writing something. Two more officers were around him but none of them bothered. Everyday i travel by locals nd hear the announcement 'if any bag is left behind, it is possible it may be an explosive and active cooperation is expected'. While i did my part, shouldn't i expect some from the other side?
What if it really was an explosive, because it was the day we had to vote for the elections. If you need proof, you may check the cctv footage of dombivli (Cstian end).
