Dear sir, I have booked one I- Ticket Under ( PNR no.[protected] } for Dibru garh Rajdhani from New Delhi(NDLS) to New Alipurdaur (NOQ) for 10/10/2013. On 11/09/2013 having waiting list status W/L 12 & W/L 13 and the status on Travelling Date i.e 10th October 2013 was W/L 1 & W/L 2 .Then i had sent my man to get this ticket canceled to Lapat Nagar Railway Booking Counter and due to Extreme rush and some trouble in computers he was unable to reach the booking supervisor/Counters in 2 hours then he came back and we tried to get the same canceled at Noida Sec 32 at Railways Booking Counters at around 1-30 P.M but they refused to process the cancellation due to some changes in rules of cancellations o[censored]nconfirmed tickets. THIS IS COMPLETE STORY AND I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST TO PROCESS MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST SINCE THE TICKET WAS UNCONFIRMED AND WE TRIED OUR LEVEL BEST TO GET THE SAME CANCELLED IN TIME BUT FAILED TO MAKE THAT.
