I got a cylinder today from Rainbow Gas agency, Sec-28, Tax invoice no:[protected]. It was having 2kg less gas in it, I weighed it in front of delivery guy but after talking on phone with someone he ran away without taking the payment and even leaving the cylinder with me. When I had called the Agency to complain about the same, the telephone operator was so casual with my complaint that she instantly calling the area delivery guy, by holding the receiver in other hand. She talked with other guy in a way that when this customer has complaint for the same issue in past then why have you sent the cylinder having less gas, she said take care from next time.
