Raj International — passport

I am srividhya s and my mobile no is [protected] from chennai. This is regarding my daughter's passport which was not renewed on time and so i applied for new passport through m/s. Raj international at villivakkam, ph no. [protected] receipt no.7899 dated 22.06.18. From my part i had every other detail ready for the interview. But now i doubt that whether they applied or not and when ever we try to call the no is engaged and i sent enquiries to all other possible sources through whatsapp, emails. I rarely get connected and i was told at that time that we will be called for interview at passport office shortly. But 2 months passed there was not a single information about any interview and the company or the person never responded to the call. I had even sent the message that visa should be applied for my daughter but they never responded. Kindly help.
