[Resolved] Raj Oil Mills Ltd. — Non payment of maturity amount rs.34,620/- | |||
My F.D.R. Already matured on Dt.[protected] and i have already submitted Original Receipt to Company on Dt.[protected]. Now Company is informing that they have no fund for repayment. We are regularly going to Raj Oil Mills Registered office to collect payment but every time person Mr. Paresh informed us that in next month you will get Principle amount Cheque. Today i tried to contact them on Telephone but getting No. Not exist. Please note F.D.R. is in the Name of H.U.F. For Rs. 25, 000/- Maturity amount Rs. 34, 620/- F.D.R.
