Rajiv gandhi seva center banar mei emitra. Vale apni mn mani kr rhe or na hi time pr aate.. Please sir.. Muje bolte do din bad aakr le jao. Yeh kh kr 6 mahine ho gye lekin abhi tk muje nahi diye sir

In our area a emitra centre takes 100rupees to submit a formbut according to the gov. Rules he can take only 50rupees .when i asked about it he abused me
