Actually newspaper dated 28th of august 2018, in bharatpur patrika, a article said
Q1. There is only 05 days remaining to file the itr but last date as per it is 31st august 2018. Now my question is that how 5 days will be calculated from 28th august to arrive 31st august 2018.

Q2. Article said, that person having income more than rs.2, 50, 000 and not liable to audit, required to file the itr upto 31st august 2018? Now my question is that where is this provision in it act.?

Q3. Article said, penalty will be levied for rs.5, 000 upto 31st dec. 2018 and after that rs.10, 000. Now my question is that what about the penalty rs.1, 000 if person having income not more than rs.5, 00, 000??

Q4. Article said, a work "और" which is actually the word "ओर".

You are the best of newspaper but these type of blenders, how can we tolerate. People get misguide from this information and details about income tax. Now i want reply on this asap from your side. And if i'm wrong then please ensure me what is the correct one with the enough proof and reference with relevant provision as per it act.
