Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — ticket cancellation refund not get yet

Hi team,

I have booked the super luxury bus for date 05 sept, 2020 from jaipur to delhi (Gurugram). But i got the message that bus has been cancelled.

I have dropped the mail to the rsrtc help desk but didn't get any response and also call on rsrtc but no response from there.

Please find the details below

Passenger name: keerti
Pnr no: dlhiv[protected], journey dt-tm:[protected]:00:00, route: jpr
To dlhifco, bus type: super luxury, seat no: 12,
Fare amt: 641.00.00, has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
