Rajasthan Technical University — reep refund

This is regarding reep refund process and i have fill the form long ago but still there is no response. Even i have tried to call but no one is there to pick up the call.
I have paid the fees through credit card and now in the form rtu is asking for bank branch name account number for same payment method which is does not exist for a credit card. Please help me out. What can i so now.

I am raj kumar byadwal.I am contacting you to highlight upon my reap-2017 refund issue. I recieved message from RTU that the refund of ₹9000 has been done but the account no. holder is refusing to recieve any money as refund.Please give us any detail about the refunded account or any contact no. of someone helpful in the field who may guide us.

I am placed in MNC and i appeared for this exam in december 2017 the result is not yet declared . I want the result declaration as soon as possible as i have to submit my document to the company.Please help me
