I am currently travelling from jammu to new delhi in train no 12426 with my family. I want to complain about the quality of food that we got for dinner.
Dal was nothing more than coloured water.
Paneer quality was also very poor.
Looks like it would have been better if we would have carried food from home.
We were in the same train 3 days back when we were given a similar kind of food. When we raised this point to the manager, he started giving us alternatives like if the curd is not good we can add sugar to it, as if its customer's botheration.
I would prefer no food rather than such tasteless unhygenic food even after paying so much for the overpriced rajdhani express Was this information helpful? |
