On 12/04/2017 i have received a bill for energy usage between 01/01/2017 to 30/03/2017 and i have been charged the sum of rs 2070. I had paid last bill 70 rs on 17/01/2017 in which consumption of electricity was only 2 units and after that i m using same electrical appliances (Jan, feb, march). 39 units stated on the bill is inaccurate because our monthly consumption is 2-3 units on last month (On december), so why reading is increasing,
I would request that you pls make check my meter & review this bill and send me a revised, accurate bill in its place along with confirmation as soon as possible

Lnight emitting diode light of pole no. 102 in shyam vihar gali no. 1, gopal nagar phase 2 is not Woking since 1.4.2017 due to which a lot of problem is faced by the local natives. Hence needs to be attended at earliest.we the natives had waited for the rectification but concerned authority did not rectified the problem. Hence rectification is required of the same.

Electricity is thefting for last 10 years, but they are act handsomely, they fix their thefting time.
Their thefting time is evening 2 pm to mor 8 a.m.
they does it by clicking theft mode done by their electrician.

The streetlights in my locality, Amar Colony have not been working for more than two weeks now. Being a girl, it feels unsafe walking on the streets. As I walk from my house near nagpal chaat corner to zamrudpur, crossing the gurudwara and amar colony police station, the whole area is pitch dark after evening. Kindly inform what is wrong and resolve the issue as soon as possible. It would be great if this concern of sudden darkness in amar colony could be responded to and taken care of, or guide me to authorities who might help or contacted.

The building already had four floors with four electric meter but yesterday a new metre has been installed[protected] . This metre has been installed without any legal documents and permission. The owner of the third and fourth floor are planning of constructing a fifth floor and therefore this installation of metre had taken place by bribing one of the employee of this department. Please do the needed to stop such illegal practices .

My address is 3064 kucha raja sohan lal sita ram bazar delhi 110006 and i have been experiencing a lot of voltage fluctuation in my home since a few days and i fear that my gadgets and other electronic appliances might get damaged due to this. This experience of voltage fluctuation is highly irritating and annoying as it is happening non stop throughout the day.

kindly rectify this problem as soon as possible because I'm not paying bills to you to face such discomfort and irritation and loss to my electrical gadgets.

Above mentioned poll is at Sitapuri Part 1, New Near Royal Indian Public School. All the new or additional connection are connected in the same poll. No line man or person who comes to connect the new connection does not listen any thing for his own convenience, connect the connection in sane overloaded poll.

Our humble request is to look in to the matter and solve this problem of time to time sparking comes from poll.

नेहरु एन्क्लेव, गली नंबर 4 जो स्कूल ब्लाक, शकरपुर दिल्ली ११००९२ में पडता है, एक मकान में बिलजी का मीटर लगभग 6 महीने से कटा हुआ है, यहाँ तक की पोल से जो केबल मीटर तक आती है वह भी कटा हुआ है / लेकिन पिछले 2 या 3 महीने से इस मकान में रोज बिजली जल रही है, हमें शक है की इस मकान का मालिक किसी से चोरी से बिजली जलाता है /

कृपया छापा मारा जाये और इस सन्दर्भ में उचित करवाई की जाये /

As our home was closed since Oct'16 however we have paid our electricity bill since Dec'16 pending of nominal amount for the month Jan & Feb, but we have received the bill of 10240 rs. We also received notice related to same.
Can you please help us out with the same if no one is living in the home then how come bill of 10240 rs generated.when we complaint regarding the same concern at your office at krishna nagar they informed us that if home was closed then we can share electricity bill as per their wish. Even when I called customer care related to same concern, one of your officer Prakash spoken to me very rudely, did not even understanding my conern, he was arguing with me, however two agents disconnected the call as I told them that I want to talk to your supervisor.
Kindly help in resolving the concern.

There is no street light connection in front of the pole of my house for many years now . I live with my mother ( 75 years of age), wife and kid.
I represent to file this complaint with my neighbors also suffering for the same cause every evening.

Please provide us electricity power form the BSES. We have complaint against the power cut in the office but their is neither solution nor inform.

Next day, mr. Deepak (Dwarka, Sector-13) said to us we have get the electricity through our personal cable. they do not admit any permanent solution. and also said that 'chahe jaha bhi complain kar lo. I don, t care'

Bill comes no the name Yashoda Rani and we are living on rent. the issues is our meter is running too fast. we are having very nominal things at our home and try save electricity a lot and this is next to impossible the with one bedroom set the amount of the bill comes 1100/1500. Being a tenant we can not touch the meter and see what happens, and we shared this with our landlord as well but they denied to help us out.

I applied for BSES new connection since last two weeks ago. Today (27.12.16) a person visit from your office for providing me BSES new connection. The person is not complete his job.The name of that person is Amit and his behavior was very rude. For few days back he visited here and fixed a electric meter and take some money for it.
But today he doesn't complete his task as well as he argued with my old age mother.

I request you to please send somebody to fixed my new electric meter as soon as possible. And take any action for these type of person those behaved very rude and want to take advantage from their jobs.

My name is Sandeep. My electricity meter was running very fast since last months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
I have not paid the bill of 5370 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking and make further adjustment in the billing amount.
My last 2 manth bill summarry.

Dec: 360rs

Electricity box damaged for more than 2 months now.
Last time when the electric man visited for some fault they broke it and its not yet being repaired.
So electric box is open and it may lead to some unfortunate conditions.
