[Resolved] Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — CA NO.[protected]Wrong energy consumption bill | |||
BSES yamuna bill dated 18/05/2021 for the period of[protected] to[protected] they charged for 138 units (the actual unit was 180) since lock down they were unable to take the meter reading. When I received the bill dated 20.06.2021 for the period of[protected] to[protected] they charged for 375 units, i.e., again they charged for May month. If they have taken the energy consumption units for 2 months, they have to provide the subsidy also for 2 months. However, they provided only one month subsidy to me and asked to pay Rs.1440/-. According to the bill for the M/o June the actual consumed units are 237 units for 33 days, i.e.; 375 (total units for 54 days)-138 (may month units)=237 units. Delhi govt provides subsidy for each month and the BSES should circulate the bill for every month. I tried to upload my meter reading through mobile app in the month of May and June, however, their software was not working, still it has some problem.
