I have made a complaint (number [protected]) regarding electricity supply in the area i am residing. after 12 hrs the customer care neither have any status regarding this nor the senior executives are picking up phone as i hold the line for past 10 minutes. and this situation surely occurred in a month. they have no excuse, communication gap between service and system.

Dipali.panday's response I pay last month bill of rupees 5000 for two month on cooler and my neighbors pay 5000 for 24 hours in ac why i got this bill instead of 1500 or lesser
Sir / madam my ca no is[protected] and my electricity bill is very high i m not using ac after that i got bill of 12000 how and my neighbour using ac 24 hours and they got bill of 4500
