Date of Incident : 26th october 2020
Time of Incident:07:21 pm (Time when I got Message that Money got debited from the bank)
Made a bill payment of Rs.2570.00 portal through BillDesk Payment Gateway, Where the money got debited from my bank but transaction did not completed. I have done my Payment through phonepe. I have already spoken to phonepe and sbi people, they said they haven't received the payment. So, Money have to be with BillDesk only.transaction ID

I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
