Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Power cut day and night.

Bses persons are failed to provide service in the new govind pura area, its been more than a week heavy power cuts, day and night. Feels like back in 1999 years 5-6 hours power cut is common. Making life hell in raising temperature, right now 4 am 17 may 2017. No power supply, complaint is taken by customer care. Resolution given "sir morning me aygi light, breakdown h"
Question is how much time/days? Bses yamuna needs to resolve this in 2017 how can you do power cut like this.. Whole night??? This is now become a habit for bses yamuna to cut power day and night. We do job, can not follow up the complaints daily. So i am writing here, kindly do something that people can sleep in night.
