Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — regarding ujala scheme eesl bulb replacement

Dear sir / madam,
I am getting Amount payable in other charges section, in electricity bill,
for past two months.

I do not know, what are these charges. And they keep on increasing since past 2 months.

Kindly look into this matter.

In DB block DDA flats Hari nagar clock tower LED light in DB Block central park not funtiontiong
And many street light of DB Block also in working condition.

I have bought bulbs in eesl ujala scheme from BSES Yamuna Power Limited agents under three years warranty from bses yamuna office near cbd ground karkardooma/vishwas nagar delhi. But now 06 bulbs have been fused and i want to replace it. I have several visit to above said office but no one meet for replace the bulbs. This is totally harassment and cheating with customer to sell out bulbs with three years warranty. Kindly resolve the problem immediately and mention the address where fuse bulbs could be replaced.
