Hello team!!! Bses rajdhani power ltd. Official head of bses team, Please find the below details of mine. Ca number :[protected] New meter number : 40658655 Consumer name : kapil prasad Burnt meter number : 40133568 I would like to inform you, our bses office which is in new friends colony delhi. Our team is working wonderful job as i have visited our bses office 2 times. But still my concern is not resolved yet. Ist day (29/09/2017) in our office, i have meet to dgm and explained about my problem. Then i got assurance from them your bill related issue will resolve with 10 days and bill sent to finance team (Mr pradeep soni) for correction and those guys informed me, sir please wait for 10 days.. But unfortunate i got a same bill again in month of october without any correction. I was shocked. Then 02 day. I visited to nfc office again on 13 oct 2017. Then i meet to ms rakhi who is working in finance team (Bill correction department) and when i was asked about my bill correction, but actually she did not know anything about my case. She was blank.. I was shocked again that time. But mr pradeep soni who is head of team, once more time pradeep soni assured me. Sir please wait for 10 days more this time your problem will resolve on time and the same has been reflected in upcoming bill. Case no _ dgm (F) 321 svr. //29/09/2017 After struggling, i got a call from bses office[protected] ms rakhi. Our correction of bill rs 2700 has been done and no need to pay bill rs 2700 this month. But after 15 days in months of november. I got a bill again rs 3320 (Rs 2700 which was not adjusted yet 620 oct month bill.) along with notice for disconnection of electricity supply) Finally when i was called to bses office (Ms rakhi _ [protected]) is said. Wording of bses officer """sir meinay yaha se bill correct karke send kar diya waha se pata nahi kitna time lagega""then disconnect the call"" This kind of service provided by the bses office.. Well done bses.. Our team is seriously amazing. I will never forget this incident in my life.. If any bses official, commercial officer and business manager (Nishi kant gupta) is reading this complaint... Please close my concern as soon as possible... Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [BSES ] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 06, 2017 Mangal1971's response I am Laxmi Priya R/O D-5/186, Chattarpur Hills, New Delhi-110074. I am running a cunstruction work in my building through Contractor Name AD Infra Height Builders Pvt.Ltd. .
