Rajendra Jangid — ecsrtnchg problem

Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm using ICICI bank account from past 5 years, when I generally checking my account statement I've found Rs: 466 has been deducted from my account on 28/01/2019 as ECSRTNCHGJAN19-DEC19+GST.
Not sure what this fee is about. And they not even intimated me about the deduction.
Its completely against law. Deducting my money without intimation. I want the money to be credited to my account
