Rajesh — refund for order number[protected]

I ordered mi power bank + feee wireless bluetooth speaker with order number: dhp[protected] from this site
They also called for order confirmation from this number: [protected] and i confirmed
The order was delivered on 16/02/2019 and i paid the requested amount but after opening the box i found out there was philips power bank which is not working instead, there was the third class china quality bluetooth speaker packed in the box that also without any sealed packing...
Since morning i am trying to call them on that number but they are not picking up...

Please take need full action
