Hi sir/madam,

My name is surbhi gupta. I have recently applied for the degree online through rgpv portal. Usually, the degree gets dispatched in 7-10 days but it's been 3 months in my case and i have still not received it.

Also, i haven't received any notification about the status of my degree.

My student id is 0802it111055. Kindly let me know when can the issue be resolved and i can receive my degree.
