Rak Ceramics India — scratching on wash basin and flush tank

Purchased RAK wash basin, wash basin half pedestal, flush tank and flush tank cover 5 yrs before.Now all these having scratches and flush tank is leaking through these scratch line.
These materials I purchased from OUR OWN MARBLE HOUSE, IRINJALAKUDA P O, THRISSUR DISTRICT, KERALA-680125 with invoice no:03381 on 26/02/2013.
When i complainted there, they asked to submit a complaint to RAK portal online.
So i humbly you to take necessary action for the same or atleast send a technical expert .

Crack noted in half pedestal washbasin and water closet . As i stay abroad the defect was noticed recently and moreover the products have not been used too.

Looking forward for a positive response from RAK
