Raksha Health Insurance Tpa Pvt Ltd — pending reimbursement claim of soni singh since 6 months

I have applied my wife hospitalised docs for reimburesment to raksha tpa, faridabad last year, but still claim (Claim no...[protected]) is pending,, i am so much harrashed as what to do.. Tpa blaiming on insurance company for pendency and insurance company blaiming tpa... As it is showing that they are making fool o[censored]s... Shame on this tpa serivce, i will never say any body to buy this tpa policy a s making people fool... I will also port my policy next time... Really shameful sercvice... Totally mentally harrashed...
