Raksha Health Insurance TPA — Replied to query but still its not processed

It was on 03.09.2020 that i parimal staff of PNB(eOBC) has personally handed reply of my query Membership ID UIC[protected]OBCA To MR ANUJ [protected]. Now its been month and my reply still has not been proceed.

As such your good office is requested to please look into the matter on urgent basis and help me resolve this issue.
