I have called them 6 times either the phone is busy or no one attends the phone even on full ring. I m a patient being treated at ram manohar lohia hospital and suffering from arthritis. My last visit was in vain when they told me that the doctor was on leave and now i m trying to know the availability of doctor no one is receiving the phone at around 3.30pm 21/6/2018. This is the nature of several other public funded institutions. I cant imagine the gravity of problems which others like me are facing.
