Ramakrishna Venuzia — No refund of booking amount

Dear all, this is Ramki invested in Venuzia. We formed an association and fighting with builder. Association is also registered in Vijayawada. Our group is around 98 flat owners. We do have whatsapp grp and frequently we meet over zoom calls. Right now we are moving towards legal fight as we don't see any progress/hope from builder side.

Good to see your response too vara prasad..True we need to teach them a lesson by spreading it in facebook and twitter if they don't repay to us. Our money for sure is hard earned money and we didn't get it free.Please add your review in google reviews too. I hope atleast by seeing our comments no one buy

CRDA approved blue print it is only 31.5 acres but in broucher it is 43 acres enclosed few evidences

We got order from District consumer forum on Jan 10 th 2018 for refund of our advance amount with interest
but till date there is no response from Great Ramakrishna Housing private ltd.
The new project Ramakrishna Techno towers also constructing in Venuzia land, So 86% open place is not possible atoll, If any body want to approach Consumer forum I will give complete assistance.
I fight my case without Lawyer, Party in person grounds. I have all supporting documents.

On 3 rd April Krishna District Consumer forum issued an NBW on Ramakrishna Housing, even after passed the order for refund of my money by Hnble Consumer forum, Venuzia people were escaping.

Hi, I was planning to purchase the villa at this project kindly advice as on today? I heard the twin towers that are for commercial office space ...recently been taken over by AP Gov ...is this true? looking for your valuable suggestion?

We bought a villa in Rama Krishna housing pvt limited 5 years ago. We gave half of the amount and till date they did not give us anything. Neither the site nor the villa. Every time we ask they say they will do in next 2-3 months. Later we found out that the site we chose was in their mortgage. They basically cheated us by hiding this information. We were actually one of their first customers who bought the villa. They gave sale agreement when we first bought but it expired after 3 years. After multiple trips to them they gave another one. Now we want our money back with interest. Can you please help? What is the best way to reach you sir?

Can we all form a team and take it to media if that helps? We paid 42lacs 5 years ago and still waiting...
Is there any whatsapp group for this? Any lead would be appreciated please.

Am in the same boat as you all. I have paid more than 50% for the apartment I bought at Ramakrishna Venezia and been suffocating as there are no updates from the builder. Have any one logged a complaint in RERA? Are there any local People visited the site and look for the construction status in the recent time? Any one from this thread, please keep me posted on your opinions, thoughts and actions you have taken.

My name is Sudhakar and I also bought a flat in Venuzia and struggling to find the actual status as I live in Germany. I also paid booking amount and bank has released some amount as per the construction plan. I keep contact the Venuzia team to get the updates, everytime it is the same answer that they will start the work in few weeks or months. Do you have more information? I would like to get in touch with other buyers and find a way forward what we can do on this matter.
