Rana Motors — false recovery of charges and unethical behaviour | |||
Dear sir/madam Last month i have visited rana motors service center in okhala for regular service of my car. After getting all services done they handed over the car to me and i have paid all the due whatever they have ask me to pay at that time. But, now after so many days i have received the call from himmat singh in which he told me that we forgot to collect some charges of rs 1470/- and they dont even give me the proper bill for such charges. The language he using was very offensive. If this is how you will collect unauthorised charges then there is no need to make accounts departments, sales department. I am very disappointed with such service and feeling very helpless. I have also filed lots of complaint but did not received any response please look into this matter. Car no.
