Ranbaxy — credit card annual payment without issuing

Dear team,

Credit card of your bank was issued to me through number of courtesy visits & requests of bank representatives in the year of 2016.

In aug-2013, they have issue me credit cards which were expired in august 2016.

I am not using the card since after expiry or i think in this span period i have used it once or twice. It was discussed with representative to close the credit cards during renewal time.

But today amount of rupees 295/- debited from my account number. I contacted the same to mohali branch but they said talked to your local branch office about it. After it when i had a talk with local branch they said talk to customer care number.

And when i talk to customer care number they said it was delivered to someone. I was totally surprised that how without my notice bank can deliver it.
Cards are not with me and without concerned person handover how the bank can do like this.
Customer care person taken my call from my registered mobile number up to 20-25 minute after it he simply disconnected my phone. This is very wrong and unethical practices.

Hence request you to kindly cancel these card with immediate effect and organize to return the debited amount to my account.
