Rapido — Misbehave by driver and high charge paid (compare to software)

I am Ajay, Today[protected] booked (at around 7:24 AM) your service from Ranchi railway station to Morabadi Manda-bagicha, Ranchi Jharkhand, but your service staff or driver Mr. Jha (mobile No. [protected]) was asking for Rs 70/- for the said service (while the booking amount was lower than the demanded value), I was OK for the situation due to my medical problem. but after 15-20 minute someone (with the same bike) came to me and told me that his brother is doing the job and he is not available now. I asked why I should pay such a high amount, but he didn't reply. I was interested in paying through an online service, but he needed cash only. When he started his two wheeler, he did not require any OTP, after I left for my destination I paid the remaining amount. Now I got a threatening call from the driver to cancel the booked order (at around 9:20 am). I request (to the driver) to cancel from his side because I reached my location now. He told me this will not be good for me if I do not cancel the booked ride.

If you are not able to provide quality service (at Ranchi), kindly update us so that we can make alternative arrangements.

due to this misbehave (way of talking by driver) I had deleted your application (Rapido) from my mobile phone. Your service is nice for other states but not good for Jharkhand.

I was interested to avail your gift voucher of Rs 20 (received 3 days back). Now keep your Rs 20 with you. but don't keep the staff which are not able to serve customers.

I must request you kindly look into this matter (if interested). you can track locations (if required).
