[Resolved] Rasanet — Improper Service and Irresponsible

I am subscribed to rasanet internet service provider. They take full one year payment in advance and when there are any problems in connection they are not ready to solve the issues. Every time I had issues they are not ready to respond. I think their license should be cancelled or make them attend to their customers in a better way. Providing their details below. Its has been solved. The provider has sent me the person to rectify and solve the issue. And they assured that next time they will process the service fast and will send updates of downtime.

I am a subscriber of rasanet they have taken full advance payment but whenever i call them for any issue they just have excuses infact 60% times they dont even pick up calls inspite of so;lving my problem they tell that they will send a guy at my house and atlast no one comes by taking their service i think i am serving them by regularly going there and complaining infact the person at phone is too rude. I think their license should be cancelled or make them attend to their customers in a better way. Providing their details below.
