Sir, On 15/10/2015 at Nellore kvr circle a car numbered AP26AH4477 was driven by a male person about 25-30 years if age very rashly and he almost hit my bike at the circle curve. I was saved due to gods grace. When asked him to stop he hurried and fled in his car with showing at least minimum concern towards whom he hit. I kindly request you to take proper action in this regard there by protecting public from such rash drivers. Thanking you.
