Rashmi Housing — Full compensation for delay in flat possession | |||
Had booked an under construction house with Rashmi housing. Its been more than 2 years now that i have still not recd. The possession of my flat. Had taken bank loan to repay the builder as per their demand letter. The emi is not yet started due to delay in project & my interest towards loan is just piling up. My name is Deepak Dhanawade and i had booked a flat in starcity naigaon phase 4 in August 2012. Possesion was in 2015. They first told possesion will be in march 2016. Now they are telling possesion will be in 2017. Only one bldg foundation has been done uptill now. I am certain they are bluffing this time too.
