I was trying to contact the customer care to cancel / postpone the ticket ( 02 tickets) from Nagapattinam to Chennai on 01 Jul since I was struck up in traffic while returning from Tanjore .. the customer care was pathetic, very rude and I felt very demotivated

Updated by Premanand Karunanithi Very rude behaviour and shear disregard to customer condition and circumstances for cancellation.. a service oriented community should not be doing this .. I’m depressed. And feel sad for the way of conduct
