Ravindra Cinemas — staff irresponsible

I booked 2 tickets in bms for aravinda sametha movie. The show time is 10.40
And i booked a food combo, in bms application 1 popcorn tub + 1 coke is 162 rupees without tax. When i go to the counter to collect my stuff the management staff gave 1 small popcorn and 1 small coke. And i aked them about the offer. The answer given by them is very rude. They didn’t given any proper answer. So i want to take a serious action on them.
