Hi i have booked my ticket on 18 september for 20 Sep 2018 from Rourkela to Howrah ..Due to session expire.. money was deducted from bank but the IRCTC site is showing "PENDING FROM BANK END" message. our transaction details is: Transaction ID:[protected] Transaction Time : 12:43:37 Transaction Date: 18 Sep 2018 Transaction Amount: 590.68 Want the Amount refunded back...
