[Resolved]  Razorpay — amount got debited but booking status showing as pending from bank end

Dear sir

I tried to book tickets from hosur to coimbatore on july 3rd, 2018. Booking amount was 210 inr. My money got debited from bank. But booking status is showing as pending from bank end. When i contacted bank i was told money has been debited from bank end and successfully sent to razor pay. Please help me. Should i wait or book new tickets again

Hi Kishore,

We checked the transaction with reference number [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit within 10 working days from the date of transaction.

Dear sir,
I have booked tickets on 28 /06 on tatkal but unfortunately tickets was not booked and my amount was deducted from razorpay still I have not received any amount how much days are going on. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

The refund for transaction id: 100001330515927 of ₹ 505.00 was processed at our end on 29th June, 2018. We have updated you with the refund details on the mail with the ref no: 219161, please revert on the same mail thread in case of any refund related queries.

I booked ticket on IRCTC app from Bhopal to LTT on 26th June 2018. My transaction ID is[protected]. Amount 1060 is debited from bank but ticket not booked due to payment pending from bank. How I get refund.
