[Resolved] Razorpay — amount of rs.1436/- not refunded till date - transaction date 5/2/2019 | |||
On 5/2/2019 transaction for icici lombard vehicle insurance was made through phone-pe application, transaction on phone-pe was successful but failed on razorpay end. Icici have denied payment through writing email. Bank has alos been contacted, no refund process has been initiated by razorpay and till date razorpay have not refunded the money and also not replying now. Was this information helpful? | |||
