Hi On 27/8/2019, i tried to clear my loan in cashbeen making payment using mobikwick upi. My money got deducted but transaction not completed. I raised complaint with cashbeen, they say transaction was not successful. I can check in mobikwick, that transaction is successful toward Pcfinancial. I have paid the amount to cash been on 16th march 2020 but they told they did not received amount from my transaction Id. After that they have informed me to log a complain to razor pay after that i log a complaint to razorpay and same ticket logged but did not get confirmation of deducted amount .
