[Resolved]  Razorpay — charges deducted from account but not received by irctc.

Dear sir,
I'm pallavi i have made payment by using rozarpay option by using upi add.in irctc rail app but the amount is debited from my account bank not received by the irctc and my ticket did not booked and mentioned reference transaction id: hdfdcf7ee1b55834a40998c8bc47f139aac
Please check the mistake and refund my amount to my account asap.
