[Resolved] Razorpay — complaint letter please revert on priority basis | |||
Dear sir/madam I made the payment through your payment gateway amount rupess 7102/. I was take a loan from loan front amount is 7000/- So i decided to repay that loan before maturity time. So i went on the payment gateway of loan front there are two option 1- razarpay and 2 is mobikwik. So i select razorpay. Payment was debited from my account but its not credit in loan front account. I cross checked with loan front they told me that payment was stuck in razarpay deapartment.. So i request you to please refund my money that i will make the payment again loan front.
