Hi, Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 830 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, irctc unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. Sep 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 30, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Yugal, We checked the transaction with UPI reference number[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. The amount for the same will be credited back to your account within 7-10 working days.
