[Resolved] Razorpay — failed transactions. | |||
I booked a ticket on irctc via tez app and my amount of rs 95 was deducted twice for a single transaction and my ticket wasn't booked either. This has happened twice with me. The firsy time being on 17th of jan where the transaction was done via phonepe. I'm yet to receive the amount of 105. I'm highly disappointed with the service. We are a payment gateway and facilitate IRCTC with on-line payments. If the funds have been debited from your account and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, it is considered as an unsuccessful payment and you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days automatically. If you do not receive a credit in your account after 10 working days, please drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com with a copy of your bank statement from the date of debit till date.
