Razorpay — Fraud, deduction of money from bank account by fraudulent website, Please initiate refund

I have made a purchase from a website named "STYLISH QUEEN" - domain name "stylequeen.in" of rs 599. Razor pay was the payment gateway. now, I have found that they were fraud and they are having no existence of them, hence i did not receive the ordered item yet. I paid through razorpay to them, the payment details are as follows:
