[Resolved]  Razorpay — fundmelon credit card to cash problem

I have made credit card to cash in fundmelon app. The amount successfully debited from credit card. But not transferred to my bank account. I have contacted the fundmelon via email. There is no response.

Then i have raised compliant in razorpay support team. The executive praveen says in last email on[protected], "we are checking this with merchant and raised a dispute so we request you to wait for 5 working days. We will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding. Kindly give us 5 working days to see merchant's response on this before proceeding further"

Still now more than 5 days over. I have again contacted the razorpay today[protected], no other response received. And when executive when the picked my call, they will hangup the call without any further notification. This is very very disappointed to me. If the razorpay will not support to customer, then where the customer goes? I have attached the screenshot for the email from razorpay.
