Razorpay — Good order but no tracking and payment no refund link

I ordered t shirts form aliyashops but no update since order. 10+ days have been passed. Now that links shows, wrong link. Payment done that merchants name is shown as Beladiya bharatbhai laljibhai. Payment Id UPI transaction ID:[protected]
