[Resolved]  Razorpay — i have ordered 3 dress items from avoonik on 28th october 2018. but didn't receive my items not yet.

Kindly help me please. I have ordered 3 items including 399 rupees and 499 each for both items from avoonik. Totally it took rupees 1379. It has been done on 28th october 2018. But didn't get any further information about the products. Only thing got is the product id. And paid cash through debit card. They said they will deliver products within 8-10 days. Almost 14 days over. Now i get to know it's a fraud process. Try to consolve my problem.

I paid RS. 160.49 through Razorpay using UPI but, money got deducted but IRCTC is showing it under failed transaction with reason being no response from bank end.

I have recently booked a ticket from this gateway and the merchant say that we haven’t received and payment from my side whereas money from account has been deducted and have not got any confirmation message yet I request you to please do the needful
