[Resolved]  Razorpay — I'm complaining about payment deducted but no bill or product received

Address:DPMI Siliguri, Near ulka ground Jyoti nagar, Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734001

I've paid for rajasthan k plus compound syrup amount of 1020 thru gpay. Amount got deducted from my canara bank account but i've not received any bill neither the product got ordered it seems.
When asked the company they said they haven't receive any order or cash.
Kindly help to get the refund.
I'm attaching the screenshot of my payment.
Kindly resolve this matter asap
