[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc bhim upi payment failure | |||||
I have paid for IRCTC Rail Connect via Razorpay gateway and selected UPI. Then Rs 530 have been paid from my account to UPI/[protected]/[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 7th Jul 18 but IRCTC did not recd the payment. Please process the refund immediately. I have checked my IRCTC login and the booking details for payment made above are not appearing. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 09, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Dhanunjaya, We checked the payment associated with the UPI reference number[protected] and confirm that it was an unsuccessful transaction. Please note that you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days automatically.
