[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc general ticket booking-amount deducted from bank- failed in transaction. | |||
I tried to book 2 general tickets in IRCTC mobile app using razorpay-SBI- bhim app. But both transactions failed- amount of Rs.615/- is found withdrawn from my SBI account but both transactions failed. Transaction ID: upi/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/HDFC/RAZORPAY/ Rs.300/- Transaction ID: upi/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/HDFC/RAZORPAY/ Rs.315/- both dated 07/02/2019 at 11:30:40 and 11:39:04 respectively. Feb 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Great work by Razorpay in resolving my issue. The amount of Rs.615/- has been credited to my account on 12.2.2019 itself.
